Of course, you can come to our physical mill store whenever you want from Monday to Friday from 9:00-13:00 and 16:00-20:00. If you come during the campaign season you will see how we make the oil.

About our products

The extra virgin olive oil that we sell in our store comes exclusively from the Urgell and Segarra regions, where the farmers themselves grow the olive trees and take the olives to our mill to extract the oil. This guarantees the freshness, quality and traceability of the product, as well as supporting the local economy and the sustainability of the production process.

To keep extra virgin olive oil in good condition, it is important to keep it in a cool, dry and dark place. It is advisable to store it in a dark glass bottle and hermetically closed to prevent air from entering and deteriorating.

Extra virgin olive oil has an approximate shelf life of 18 to 24 months from the date of bottling, if it is kept in the right conditions.

Extra virgin olive oil is ideal to use raw, as a base for salads and other cold dishes, as well as toasts and tomato bread. It can also be used cooking.
